Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Conduct basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
  • Support emergency maintenance needs, including responding to urgent repair requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
  • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment, in an organized and safe process
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Promote a positive image of Precision Aerospace.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker, handyman, or in a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Ability to use common tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

The physical requirements of this position include but are not limited to those listed below.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
  • Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, fingering, grasping, feeling, twisting, bending and repetitive motion
  • The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
