Precision Aerospace, LLC a Tier 1 aerospace manufacturer that has been in business 40 years, in Phoenix Arizona is looking to fill a Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance position with our team. - Perform routine maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
- Support emergency maintenance needs, including responding to urgent repair requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment, in an organized and safe process
- Perform other duties as required.

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker, handyman, or in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to use common tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
- Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, fingering, grasping, feeling, twisting, bending and repetitive motion
- The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
