What You Can Expect Day-to-day

Serving as the primary client liaison, you will build strong and lasting relationships with clients (including senior management) by achieving the client’s marketing objectives, leading development of communications strategies, and resolving issues around project scope, fees, timing, or progress. You'll:

• Develop and maintains strong rapport day-to-day with client contacts
• Actively engage clients in discussions about market challenges and opportunities, specifically those that can be addressed by communications
• Dedicatedly (and with appropriate subtlety or force as the situation demands) offer the agency’s point of view on client’s strategic and tactical choice
• Serve as a role model for junior account staff (ex: providing a consistent, responsive reaction to both opportunities and challenges)
• Develop expertise on one or more industry segments; becomes a go-to person for business insights

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Internet
• 3-5 years of agency experience
  
  

Preferred

• Pharma/healthcare agency experience

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$85,000 - $116,000 USD
