Responsible for exceeding client expectations through expert project management, coordination of a cross-functional team, and proactive internal and external/client communication. Manages the day-to-day activities of the full EHR team. Works closely with clients and Executive personnel to deliver projects on time with quality, trouble shoot and problem-solve, mitigate risks, and offer best-in-class service for our market access products and solutions. Deliver valuable insights to the client while also coaching and mentoring analysts on their team. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, engaged team culture.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Managing project teams including both internal and external resources in the project planning, design, development, medical legal and regulatory approval, and delivery of client solutions; ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants or analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support. Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure the team's productivity and quality of work. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and identify opportunities for additional services or collaborations. Foster client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise during the engagement.
  • Serving as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation, Statements of Work (SOW), and approval of invoices and accruals
  • Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction
  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of EHR and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current clients. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business pitches. Collaborate with business development teams to expand the company's client base to achieve revenue targets.
  • Leading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development
  • Identify and manage risks associated with engagements. Mitigate potential issues, assess project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations from the plan
  • Ability to travel 15-50% of the time depending on project assignment.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • Education: Bachelor degree required. Masters, or MBA preferred

Preferred

  • Work Experience: 4-8 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience with broad based experience in sales, managed care, marketing and/or managed care analytics is required.
  • Defined experience within Commercial Strategy. Demonstrable experience in the following areas: leadership and influence in sizable and multi-disciplined teams, understanding and assessing client needs, incorporating in deliverables, and ensuring recommendations/results are implemented.
  • Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team to project-manage multiple complex project with a high number of tasks and dependencies

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
