Overview
Precision Auto Body in Lagrangeville, NY is looking for a dedicated and experienced Auto Body Shop Manager/Estimator who can deliver exceptional customer service and top -quality auto body repairs. You will also be responsible for managing the body shop team to ensure quality repairs. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday (8-5). We offer 401K ( ) matching after one year. Dental/Health and Vision Insurance after one year along with paid time off after one year.
Responsibilities
- Must be experienced in Auto Body Repair.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to manage a team.
- Must be able to order parts thru CCC, Collision link and OPS Trax.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Must have a VALID NYS Estimators license.
- Must be able to write detailed estimates for repair using CCC.
- Must be able to negotiate with insurance companies.
- Must be able to manage day to day operations of the shop, including scheduling, estimating and customer service.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and technology skills.
