What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at PRECISION AUTO BODY?
We are a local Auto Collision Repair shop in need of a customer service representative.
Duties Include:
-Scheduling estimate and repair appointments.
-Updating customers and insurance companies via phone, email, and text.
-Assisting in part orders and tracking parts.
-Greeting customers on drop off and pick up.
- Cashing out customers.
- Assisting with shuttling vehicles to and from dealerships.

This is an entry level position that offers you the opportunity to learn our business operations and further grow your career. This position can be seen as a stepping stone to becoming an Auto Damage Appraiser or Parts Manager.
