COLLISION REPAIR SHOP ESTIMATOR/ADJUSTER
Precision Auto Works of LIC, New York City’s premier EV body shop has an opening for a full time Estimator / Adjuster.
This position is located in Long Island City, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Writing estimates and supplements in CCC
- Exceptional customer service skills, including in person, by phone and email;
- Meet with Adjusters
- Creating and maintaining highly professional industry, insurance/DRP relationships;
- Job Scheduling;
- Cost containment/job profit maximization;
- Willing to commit to employer sponsored continuous education as needed to learn and stay up to date with OEM repair procedures;
- Ability to negotiate;
- Communicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle orientation process;
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management through appropriate channels when needed;
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs;
- High attention to detail.
Requirements:
5 years experience and adjuster license.
Prior experience with high end electric vehicles preferred.
Salary based on experience.
