We currently have a position open for Accounts Payable Processor with PAG's Atlanta division.
JOB PURPOSE
This position is assigned at the corporate office (Battery location) with some travel during the training period to the Atlanta Lake Mirror location and will support both corporate and/or subsidiary AP needs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions
- Full cycle accounts payable for assigned division(s).
- Research and verify invoice data.
- Complete vendor account reconciliation (received not invoiced, claims, statement, etc.).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers/vendors.
- Process payments to include checks, credit card and other electronic payment types.
- Special Projects as assigned.
- High-volume (manual) invoice processing.
- Accurate data entry.
- 3-way match
- Attention to detail.
- High level of communication / customer service skills.
- Ability to use and create excel formulas.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Work Location: Corporate office 900 Circle 75 Parkway #650 Atlanta, GA 30339 and PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road building in Atlanta, GA.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- 2 or more years of prior accounts payable experience.
- Accounting degree (preferred but not required).
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-4 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
