Our facility is in Coatesville, PA and has an opening in our Customer Service Department. Our Customer Support Representative position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial company. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to :
- Sales support functions
- Phone based customer support
- Computer based order processing
- Complex product lists
- Inventory management
- Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
- Maintaining customer database and history
