We currently have a position open for a Customer Service Representative for Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC in Uxbridge, MA
Essential Job Functions :
- Functions as primary focal point of contact for assigned customer related inquiries and represents the customer within the facility.
- Performs customer requirements review of all assigned orders to ensure that the orders are processed and entered per negotiated requirements.
- Coordinates demand scheduling and alignment with Production Management.
- Develops extensive and detailed quotes based on inspection details.
- Manages customer database and maintains all records for the account.
- Ensures that the company and customers' requirements are both being fulfilled as relating to timing, price and satisfaction.
- Review compliance with all export control regulations.
- Provides continuous feedback to the customer on order status throughout the production cycle by providing proactive communication with the customer in anticipation of customers' needs.
- Evaluates and coordinates product exchange applicability (MRO Exchange programs) with Materials and Purchasing.
- Confers with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments
- Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels; conducts self in polite and professional manner.
- Demonstrates a motivation to provide fast, accurate and complete customer service at all times to all customers, employees and management.
- Uses resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work overtime, shift / weekends when needed.

Education / Training
Experience : At least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience working in the aviation industry or manufacturing environment preferred.
