Precision Body and Paint of Gresham is seeking to hire a Parts Specialist for our growing business. Once hired, you will be responsible for meeting deadlines, setting production benchmarks, and working closely with the General Manager on daily and projected progress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order all parts for vehicles while maintaining good parts profits
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with team and vendors
- Ensure preferred vendors are utilized when placing orders
- Ensure all parts are checked for quality and quantity upon delivery
- Mirror match parts for correctness and organize on part cart
- Proactively follow up on any parts not received
- Ensure all returns are made in a timely manner to appropriate vendor
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Must be good with numbers and %’s
- Organizational skills and personnel skills are a must
- Effective proactive problemsolving skills to minimize any down time in parts procurement
- Excellent communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work as a team
- Display a team attitude that supports a team environment
- Must have a Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
