Precision Body and Paint is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Beaverton. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service throughout the vehicle repair process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in person and over the phone, providing them with information on services, repair timelines, and processes.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for vehicle drop-offs, estimates, and repairs, ensuring efficient workflow in the body shop.
  • Estimate Coordination: Assist customers in understanding repair estimates, insurance processes, and payment options.
  • Repair Updates: Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles, providing timely updates on repair progress and expected completion dates.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle information, repair orders, and insurance documentation.
  • Insurance Coordination: Collaborate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments for completed repairs, process invoices, and ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-repair.
