Position Title: Broadband Internet Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Broadband Internet Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and service of fiber optic networks, including mechanical or fusion splicing of fiber in residential or commercial buildings. This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer service, as well as the ability and desire to work both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service fiber optic networks in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform mechanical or fusion splicing of fiber optic cables.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:
