As a key member, you will provide comprehensive support in various HR functional areas, including personnel records, benefits administration, payroll processing assistance, and HRIS systems management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel records and HRIS databases.
- Serve as a Benefits Specialist, handling employee additions, deletions, and changes, ensuring seamless benefits enrollments and deductions.
- Audit monthly carrier bills and employee payroll deductions to ensure accuracy.
- Support the HR Director in completing benefits renewal processes and Open Enrollments.
- Maintain a benefits program portfolio that supports the company's Total Rewards strategy for innovative health, well-being, leave of absence, and retirement plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or Payroll, with exposure to benefits administration.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of wage & hour, employment & benefits laws and regulations.
- Payroll software proficiency.
- HRIS software proficiency.
- MS Office experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
