Human Resources/Benefits Assistant

Precision Build Companies, LLC is seeking a skilled Human Resource & Benefits Assistant to support their HR team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in various areas of human resources, including personnel records, benefits administration, payroll processing assistance, and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day HR Administration: Assist with full employee lifecycle processes and HR projects
• Maintain electronic personnel records, HRIS database, and reporting
• Serve as Benefits Specialist - input employee additions, deletions, and changes
• Audit monthly carrier bills and employee payroll deductions
• Work with the HR Director to complete the benefits renewal process and Open Enrollments
• Maintain a benefits program portfolio that supports the company's Total Rewards strategy for innovative health, well-being, leave of absence, and retirement plans
• Collaborate with benefits vendors to solve employee benefits issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years HR or Payroll experience with exposure to benefits administration
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
