The Role:
As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the entire production process, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shop Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the shop floor, finish shop, and pre-install areas to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Production Scheduling: Create and maintain the production schedule, ensuring projects are completed on time and resources are allocated effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a solution-oriented leader, addressing production challenges and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support the production team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the company’s commitment to quality craftsmanship by monitoring production output and processes.
- Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custom cabinetry production or a closely related field (cabinet experience is a must).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a production environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing production schedules successfully.
- A solution-based mindset, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both the team and other departments.
- Knowledge of production equipment, tools, and materials used in custom cabinetry.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay Scale: $70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) With bonus potential.
