The Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service throughout the project.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones to keep everything on track.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate between designers, contractors’ craftsmen, and installers to ensure seamless execution of every project.
- Scheduling: Manage project schedules and coordinate installations to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and the team.
- Design: Helping to achieve the customer/clients vision through a coordinated design process to ensure all needs and expectations are met with a well designed and functional space.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Background in design, cabinetry, or the construction industry (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision and Excel is a plus.
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay Scale: $60,000 - $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) With bonus potential.
