Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic video production team! In this role, you'll capture the vibrant moments of our daily office life and transform raw footage into compelling visual stories for our highly engaged audience. With over 100k YouTube subscribers, 200k Facebook followers, 25k Instagram fans, and 600k TikTok viewers, you'll play a key role in showcasing our brand's culture and events to a massive, ever-growing audience.
Note: Even if you don't have extensive professional experience in videography or editing, if you have a strong passion for the craft, we are eager to teach and help you grow.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and plan video projects that capture the essence of our office and events.
- Operate cameras and other video equipment to record high-quality footage throughout the office environment.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling and overall video impact.
- Manage post-production processes including color correction, sound design, and the final delivery of video content.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files to ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography, editing, and social media content creation.
- Assist with photography and other creative tasks as needed for promotional materials and events.
Qualifications
- A strong passion for videography and video editing; a willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
- A portfolio or examples of your work are appreciated, but we welcome emerging talent eager to develop their skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge of film production techniques, post-production workflows, and camera equipment is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
