- Operate various carpet cleaning equipment and tools to perform cleaning services for residential and commercial carpets.
- Assess the cleaning needs of carpets and determine the most appropriate techniques and solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service, including educating clients on carpet care and maintenance.
- Clean, restore, and seal tile and grout surfaces to enhance appearance and longevity.
- Use specialized products and techniques to remove tough stains and grime.
- Communicate effectively with clients about the restoration process and provide maintenance tips.
- Inspect and clean HVAC duct systems using high-quality equipment and techniques.
- Ensure a safe and thorough cleaning process to promote better indoor air quality.
- Complete assessments and report findings and recommendations to clients.
- Clean and restore various types of upholstery using appropriate methods and solutions.
- Identify fabric types and communicate care instructions to clients.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in carpet cleaning, tile and grout restoration, duct cleaning, or upholstery cleaning is required; we will provide training to the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

-No accidents or traffic violations in the last 5 years.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. 50lbs

Expected hours: 8 per week
