Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, level two Assembly Operators will also demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading and related shop math. Level two Assembly Operators will operate and utilize a variety of handheld tools with minimal assistance to assemble moderately complex parts with higher error opportunities, using a wide range of hardware and sealants. Proficiency in interlay, fillet and overcoat sealant applications.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Build on level one:
- Inspect Rivet Press
- Inspect Arbor Press
- Intermediate blueprint reading
- Arbor press bushing installation
- Intermediate part parking (vibro tool, chem etch machine)
- Set up Helicoil guns (Insert depth)
- Set up Arbor Press (707)
Leadership & Training
- Positively models culture

- Cross department communication (engineering, etc.)
- Mentors level one employees
Required Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of blueprint reading
- Intermediate knowledge of related shop math

Required Experience:
- -2 Years of Experience.
Level of Education:
- High School Diploma or GED desired but not required.
