Main Responsibilities:

- Provides leadership to the Accounting department, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, including Division and Corporate finance teams.
- Maintains a high level of technical expertise in areas such as financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, SOX, and internal control environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
