We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Process Engineer to help optimize and improve manufacturing processes within our facility. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine processes that enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline production workflows.
- Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure processes meet regulatory and company standards.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
- Conduct training for operators and other team members on new processes, systems, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Use data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process engineering or similar role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications :
