We are seeking a machinist familiar with turning machines. Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.
First Shift IS from 6am - 2:15pm.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Sets up machines for machining operations
Operates machines to perform required operations, working from drawing.
Checks work using various measuring equipment.
Manipulates work pieces using overhead lifting equipment.
