Position Summary:
Level Four – Level four is a forming operator position requiring no supervision to perform a variety of forming intermediate to advanced forming tasks. These tasks require intermediate competencies in determining the right tool for the job, reading technical documents, prints and work instructions, using templates, jigs, fixtures, presses and other equipment to execute forming operations to customer specifications. In addition, forming operators will use basic hand tools and hand held measuring tools such as scales, micrometers and calipers to verify part dimensions. Typically 5 years of experience required with evidence of strong mechanical aptitude.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $22.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 104 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Without supervision perform a verity of advanced forming tasks such as loading raw material onto fixtures, jigs, presses and draw forming equipment.
- Perform advanced material forming operations using all levels of forming equipment and tools according to customer specification.
- Perform advanced inspection operations to ensure component material forming to customer specification.
- Maintain area organization and cleanliness through-out shift.
- Level four operators will likely concentrate on draw forming operations.
- The ability to use basic hand tools as well as basic powered hand tools and draw forming equipment. .
- The ability to use basic inspection tools such as scales, micrometers, calipers and feeler gauges to complete required inspection procedures.
- Ability to lift to 35lbs.
- This position requires experience working with mechanical processes and methods such as hand tools, and light equipment such as drills and pneumatic tools, presses, heat treating ovens and intermediate to advanced forming experience.
- 5 years of experience
- GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
