Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $80,700.00 to $115,000.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the customer and planning, project team, and line management to ensure positive and proactive communications
- Responsible for managing progress, identifying and troubleshooting bottlenecks, collecting status, communicating changes and urgent needs, and facilitating cross-functional cooperation to meet quality and on time delivery requirements
- Manage customer interface, host visits, and travel occasionally
- Conduct "lessons learned" activities and provide process improvement feedback internally and to customer
- May occasionally perform special projects; Perform other duties as assigned
- Coordinate with supervision, and production area personnel as directed, as required to prepare, deliver, and distribute parts within the facility or other PCC facilities as well as to or from customers and/or suppliers
- Work with team members to identify and prioritize expedited requests and ensure coordination of materials and bin stock for delivery to users as required
- Responsible for contract review and management; responsible for providing guidance and feedback across leadership and departments in regards contract changes. Proactively manage contractual expirations, continuations, etc. Identify and manage cost issues to meet expected program margins, and strategically manage recovery plans as needed.
- Synthesize business information and data, and formulate into cohesive communicative deliverables to the customer. Plan and organize customer meetings and lead presentations.
- Support customer with risk assessment and mitigation plans; Coordinate work-around and expediting plans internally and communicate progress with team members, customer, and management
- Work with Business Development and Division Contract team to negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Program ownership of sales forecasting and planning: evaluating future prospects, level loading existing demand
- Coordinate with Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Quality, and New Business/Estimating during program start-up to develop and communicate program first lot tracking plan
- Growing knowledge of Tier II manufacturing and assembly processes, products, customers, and supplier interfacing principle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and applicable MRP modules)
