Job Description
PURPOSE
The position is responsible for generating and maintaining manufacturing routings for closed-die and extruded forged products
INPUTS AND OUTPUTS:
High School diploma plus at least 3 years of further education.
Basic knowledge of WG operations, manufacturing and accounting.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.

Job Description
PURPOSE
The position is responsible for generating and maintaining manufacturing routings for closed-die and extruded forged products
INPUTS AND OUTPUTS:
- Assemble manufacturing process information from metallurgy, engineering, machine shop, specifications, and OSP quotations. Complete routing information folder.
- Compile manufacturing process information into ERP system. Complete electronic routing and bill of material.
- Interact with various manufacturing groups to update and maintain existing routings. Complete modifications to existing routings and bills of material.
- Complete cost rollups. Submit rollup to accounting for completion.
- Individual needs to develop multi-disciplinary skills to generate routings. These include a good working knowledge of WG operations and the ERP/PDM systems. Needs the ability to read basic engineering drawings and metallurgical documents as well as a basic understanding of accounting practices.
- Manage activities to stay on schedule to support production release plans.
