Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and text message
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic keyboarding/typing, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google docs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills -Willingness and Ability to learn: office management systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Current patient care hours are listed on our google map listing, our office is open M-Th currently, expansion to Friday hours a possibility in the next 6 months.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 32 per week
