Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Subcontractors to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and collaboration with other team members. Subcontactors are needed for all types of jobs - residential and commercial.
Contractors must have their own insurance and licensing. It can be provided by the company for a fee. Contractors are expected to provide exceptional service with a warranty on work provided.
Duties
- Execute assigned projects in accordance with specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Provide accurate estimates of time and materials needed for projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to the work performed.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a subcontractor in relevant field
- Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid licenses or certifications relevant to the trade (if applicable).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
