Precision Comfort Systems is in search of a full time HVAC customer service/dispatcher to help manage service calls and data entry for our field technicians. Do you enjoy being highly organized? What does a day in the life of a HVAC service dispatcher/administrator look like?
As an HVAC customer service/dispatcher you will arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising a friendly and positive customer experience. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone and on the computer. Your friendly and positive demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch incoming service calls to our field technicians. Once these service calls are completed any relevant information is entered and stored in our data base which is then used to create customer invoices.
While you are on the phone with the customer, you are responsible for scheduling future appointments, informing clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. You will also be responsible for rescheduling customers appointments if need be. Our preventative maintenance program is a big part of what we offer to our customers and you will be responsible for signing up and scheduling these appointments with our clients.
While you are on the phone with service technicians you will be responsible for relaying accurate information to the technicians, ensuring a proficient and quality experience for our field employees.
Qualifications for an HVAC customer service/dispatcher
-Service Titan experience is a plus
-Strong Verbal and written communication skills
-Able to complete basic operations on a computer (Microsoft Excel and Word)
-Able to multi-task effectively
