The Customer Success Manager will oversee one of our customer success teams and manage key accounts within our compounding pharmacy.
This position is part of the Growth department in Bellmore, NY and will be located Hybrid.
You will be part of the Customer Success team and report directly to the EVP Growth & Strategy. If you thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted role, blending leadership, customer service and operational management and want to work to empower the evolution of modern medicine-read on.
In this role, you will have to opportunity to :
Team Leadership and Development : Lead and mentor a customer success team, providing training and conducting performance evaluations to enhance team skills.
Customer Service Excellence : Develop and implement customer service policies, monitor performance metrics, and resolve escalated issues to ensure high patient satisfaction.
Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (healthcare providers and clinics), serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and customized solutions.
Operational Oversight : Manage day-to-day customer service operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis : Prepare reports on customer service performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
Customer Feedback and Improvement : Collect and analyze feedback from patients and healthcare providers to identify trends and implement strategies for enhancing the customer experience.
The essential requirements of the job include :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience : Proven experience in customer service management within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy operations and regulations.
- Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills : Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in pharmacy management software and CRM systems.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking Ability : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
