Concrete Laborer

Precision Concrete Cutting ( PCC), is a well-established company (2010), specializing in sidewalk repair services in Kansas and Missouri. We are looking for professionals to work as full-time technicians in our Kansas City office, plus travel. Your responsibility will be to repair sidewalk trip hazards for commercial customers. This is a physically demanding job - it includes handling power tools (concrete saw cutting), maintaining heavy equipment, taking care of paperwork, ensuring safety and auditing jobs. You will be outfitted with full truck/ trailer plus all tools and supplies necessary to complete the job. During the first 5 days, on-site training will be provided. You will make sure the company is well represented in the field and the quality of the work meets the company’s standards. Duties include:

Repair Sidewalks: remove hazards that have been previously identified, using a portable generator and PCC’s patented trip hazard removal process.

Maintenance: maintaining equipment (generators, saws, blowers, and vacuum systems) to PCC quality.

Qualifications:

ü At least 18 years old/ healthy

ü Must have the ability to travel 50% overnight

ü Valid Driver’s License

ü High School Diploma or equivalent

ü Mechanically inclined and experience working with power tools, portable generators, and related equipment.

ü Proficient at basic math and computer skills.

Compensation: Upon successful completion of PCC’s 1-week training program, candidates starting salary will begin at $24 dollars per hour. Qualified canidates will be considered for prevailing wage ( 45.00 per/hr) projects. Individuals who are successful in reaching PCC's production & quality goals, will be eligible to enter into PCC's "fast track" wage program.

Travel expenses paid.
