Based in Oklahoma City and Dallas, Precision Concrete Cutting is a long-standing company that specializes in sidewalk repair services in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Northern California. We are looking for a professional to work as a full-time Business Development Rep (BDR) in OKC.
Your primary focus will be B2B sales in the greater OKC area. You will be responsible for enhancing existing client relationships while prospecting and developing new relationships. This position is typically 50% inside and 50% outside sales. You will uncover and develop sales opportunities within existing and new accounts through proactive relationship management of all possible key decision makers and influencers. Through these relationships, you will maximize sales by delivering solution-oriented problem solving to clients, in line with PCC's strategic priorities, gross margin objectives, and defined sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting and selling our services within an assigned territory, leveraging relationships, closing new business and ensuring customer retention to generate reoccurring business. PCC BDRs are PCC’s face to the customers. They are the "brand stewards", charged with telling our story and clearly demonstrating that PCC is the leading trip hazard removal provider. PCC BDRs are responsible for securing profitable sales to new and existing customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post job follow-ups. PCC BDRs possess a commanding knowledge of our capabilities and services:
- Call on existing customers while uncovering and developing new prospects
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and related associations
- Foster/enhance relationships with these clients and focus on further market penetration and gross margin growth
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Prepare written proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
- Process work orders, completing all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
- Act as liaison between PCC and assigned clients. As the Customer "Steward", the successful candidate utilizes and coordinates all PCC resources/personnel to exceed customer needs from initial lead generation to post project follow up and quality control
- Diligently use and maintain customer information through CRM.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
- Stay informed of new developments in the Property Management and HOA space. Consistently build and maintain a robust network of business contacts within the industry, related associations and the assigned territory
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the Apartment & HOA segment
- A verifiable sales record of success in B2B sales
- Ability to earn and maintain customer trust and respect
- Ability to sell a solution, not just a product
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Demonstrated use of strategic selling tools, including Pipedrive or other CRM, PowerPoint, Excel and Social Media resources
- An active and verifiable network of business contacts (preferably within the sales areas listed above)
- High energy, unquestionable integrity and an ambition to succeed; only bounded by the guiding principle of always doing the right thing for the client
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer organization
- History of demonstrating the following competencies: Action Oriented, Business Acumen, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, Organizational Agility, Strategic Agility, Conflict Management and Teamwork.

Compensation and Benefit:
We offer a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary, commissions and bonuses, calculated on performance and attainment of goals. This position is eligible for health insurance, paid vacation and other benefits. Commissions and bonuses have the ability for rapid growth and are uncapped. Most clients renew contracts year after year such that commissions are reoccurring. On target earnings exceed $100,000 annually, including a fixed salary of $45,000. Our best BDRs earn $180K yearly.
