Our team leads the way in enterprise content management, delivering tailored solutions to a range of clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) for a hybrid, full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running and quickly contribute to managing technical writing, engineering, and client software integration projects. This role will involve end-to-end project management, working directly with clients and managing all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, resources, and timelines.

The PM will report to the Project Management Office and will have a supportive team to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering, technical writing, and software implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and documentation.
  • Lead internal and client communications, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Handle project financials, including profitability analysis and resource allocation.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (kickoffs, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and monitor team morale.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop project scopes and statements of work.
  • Prepare client-facing deliverables and monitor project progress from start to finish.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5 years of core Project Management experience.
  • 3 years experience managing external customer projects.
  • Experience in independently managing client projects or with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in enterprise software implementations and Scrum Master roles.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply them effectively based on project needs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • University or College degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • PMP or Scrum Master Certification.
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci or equivalent).
  • Financial management skills for both time & materials and fixed-price projects.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., DITA XML, CCMS tools like AEM Guides or Tridion).
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp).
  • Business or Professional Writing training.

Whats In It For You:

  • Wellness days.
  • Competitive base salary and group benefits (medical, dental, vision, life).
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Positive, supportive work environment with a focus on growth and success.
