Parts Manager

Job Responsibility

· Performs a variety of customer service, in store ordering, receiving and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the dealership parts department.

General Functions

· Manage incoming telephone phone calls and emails

· Order parts from multiple vendors as needed

· Keep parts department clean and orderly.

· Provide service technicians with parts as required.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage Inventory

Monitor bins and determine which parts need reordering

Order and receive in purchase orders

Ability to accurately track parts

Monitor lost sales for inventory control

·Other responsibilities

Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner.

Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.

Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer ser vice and ethical business practices.

Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and to day’s customer satisfaction.

Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retails sales area.

When working the parts counter, follows cash, credit and check processing procedures of the dealership.

Processes warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
