Overview
Our growing general dental practice needs an additional front-office team member to join our team.
Do you excel at explaining to patients all aspects of the benefits of their treatment? Do you love influencing patients to move forward in their health? Do you desire to work with a team that truly focuses on customer service? We need a coordinator who is outgoing and caring when presenting financial options. The ideal treatment coordinator is also comfortable calling our patients for unscheduled operative treatment. Compensation: $19-$25 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday/Wednesday: 6:15am-4pm
- Tuesday/Thursday: 7:15am-5pm
- Fridays: 7am-1pm
- No evenings or weekends
Qualifications
- Prior dental front office and treatment coordinator experience is required; at least 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred
- Dentrix software experience is a plus!
