We are looking for a Network Field Technician specializing in Low Voltage Cabling to join our team. This role offers hands-on work in structured cabling, networking hardware installation, and troubleshooting for Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling, including Cat6/Cat6a, and Fiber Optic cable (SMF, MMF, MTP)
- Maintain organized, high-quality cable management and routing.
- Mount and secure network equipment such as patch panels, racks, conduits, and access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues using network testing tools (Fluke testers, OTDR, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for installation and design.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Document completed work, including as-built drawings, test results, and material usage reports.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies, certifications, and best practices in structured cabling.

Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in low-voltage cabling, network installation, or related field (Entry-level applicants with training will be considered).
- Knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, TIA/EIA) and best practices for structured cabling.
- Ability to use hand tools, cable testers, and termination equipment.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
- Ability to learn and operate Ariel lifts (Articulating boom and Scissor lift)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as travel to job sites is required).
- Preferred but not required: BICSI Installer Certification, OSHA 10/30 Certification, or Fiber Optic Certification.
