We're looking for a dedicated Scheduler to join our modern dental office. The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling appointments for doctors and hygienists. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with office manager to ensure daily production goal is met.
- Manage the daily schedule for productivity and efficency.
- Coordinate sale opportunities with consulations.
- Scheduling from incoming appointment request calls.
- Scheduling from outflowing reactivation calls and treatment finding calls.
- Manage cancelations and last minutes scheduling fills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
