Precision Door Service of Northwest Arkansas is part of the largest residential garage door franchise system in the United States. We provide sales, installation, repair and service of overhead garage doors. Our specific franchise group has a 4.9 star rating on Google and an A rating on the BBB for excellence in customer service. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Works and interacts with a high degree of professionalism
  • Contributes to the morale and to the positive work environment
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to think critically, make decisions and work independently, while adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Quick learner
  • High School diploma or equivalent education

Job Duties:

  • Answer the telephone in a warm, welcoming and professional manner
  • Faxing, uploading and coping paperwork.
  • Assist customers with questions or direct them to the appropriate person on the phone and / or in our showroom
  • Process weekly commission payroll using excel spreadsheet
  • Dispatching technicians and manipulate the service program for everyday activities
  • Engage and support Technicians in the field in a professional, positive matter.
  • Home Depot Vendor management
  • Basic accounting
  • Additional projects as assigned

Must be available to work Monday through Friday 7AM - 5PM
