Position Overview:
The Access Control Technician will install, repair, and maintain gate and access control systems for our residential and commercial clients. This role requires hands-on experience with a range of access control equipment and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair gate operators, access control systems, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems.
- Provide recommendations to clients on equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and company safety guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in access control solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Access Control Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of a variety of access control systems and brands.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
