We are dedicated to investing in your personal and professional growth by providing you with the education and training to perform at the top of our field. As a Field Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our talented and experienced team.
We provide a company truck and all scheduled appointments. You will be independently responding to assigned customer service calls; interacting with customers while troubleshooting root causes; providing solutions and making appropriate repairs for long term reliability and performance of residential garage doors and openers.
Responsibilities:
- We provide the schedule appointments, offer great training, a company truck, and all the support needed to excel in this great sales job.
- Leads are booked by our call center for customers that have a real need to replace, service, install, or repair their garage doors and openers.
- You're dispatched to solve the customer's problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training, and warranties.
- You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service.
- You will repair existing residential garage doors and openers as well as selling new garage doors and openers.
Qualifications:
- An exceptional work ethic
- A strong attendance record
- Ability to deliver superior customer service and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standard
- Ability to pass drug screening and a background check
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Basic Mechanical Skills
- Some sales experience closing deals and customer service preferred
