Gate Technician Lead

Job Summary
This role requires experience in fencing and the ability to learn automatic gate repair and installation. We provide all equipment, leads, appointments, and support needed for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to customers' locations at specified times and adhere to a strict schedule
- Provide safety inspections and diagnose customer gate and gate opener issues
- Resolve customer problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training, and warranties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Exceptional work ethic and the ability to make good decisions
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Punctuality, responsibility, and dependability
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work together as a team
- Clean background check and ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basis Mechanical Skills
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
