As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the storyteller behind our brand’s voice—sparking conversations online and creating real-world moments that resonate. You’ll dream up scroll-stopping social media content, lead standout events that strengthen local connections, and collaborate with trusted partners to turn creative concepts into reality. Working across departments, you’ll help elevate internal initiatives and cultivate an employer brand that’s as bold and dynamic as the people behind it.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, web, email, etc.) across all social media platforms
- Grow our social following and increase audience engagement
- Capture real-time media at events, job sites, and trainings
- Share customer reviews and employee celebrations internally and externally
- Provide weekly KPIs and content updates to marketing leadership
Events & Engagement
- Organize and execute Tradeshow and outreach events
- Coordinate company event promotions, graphics, and media
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors for sponsorships, donations, and giveaways
Marketing & Strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing campaigns that drive booked calls
- Analyze trends and provide proactive marketing ideas
- Maintain alignment with brand standards and marketing goals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media)
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms (Strong excel skills a plus)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
