Description
Job Summary : Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, establishes and maintains Materials operations, all the tasks involved with smooth daily operations of the warehouse.
Responsibilities :
Makes deliveries to customer service locations - sales or otherwise
Receive UPS and FedEx and transfers (locations and freight entry)
Experience or willingness to learn WorldShip
Perform physical counts accurately
Operate machinery such as fork-lifts and portable lifts
Pulls orders (Sales / Service Orders / Jobs) accurately and stages them for shipment
Performs other duties as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
Ability to left 75 pounds often
Must be able to see in full color
Valid Driver's License with good driving record
Personal computer skills : Microsoft Office products (especially Excel & Word), as well as inventory control software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent math calculation skills
Bend, stoop, climb, stand, stretch, reach and lift arms above shoulder height repeatedly or continually over time
Must be flexible as far as hours per week to work
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
Ability to obtain a Medical Card
Team skills : a team player with the willingness to help others within the department, as well as within the company
Good attendance history
Ability to organize and prioritize work, ability to multi-task
Independence skills : a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently on their own
