We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations, finances, and strategic growth of Precision Electrical Services. You'll play a pivotal role in providing leadership, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and profitability across all projects. Your leadership will drive the success of the organization and help us maintain our reputation for delivering top-tier electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction for all company operations.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to support company growth.
• Manage the COO and all department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Supervise daily operations, including project management, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and company objectives.
• Work with the finance team to monitor budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
• Approve large-scale expenditures and contracts and conduct regular financial performance reviews.
• Conduct executive-level performance reviews and mentorship.
• Implement internal training and leadership development programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients and partners.
• Oversee bidding and estimating processes to ensure competitiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Oversee risk management strategies and ensure projects meet legal, permitting, and licensing requirements.
• Lead technology adoption and implement systems such as JobTread, Procore, and QuickBooks to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry innovations and trends.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in electrical contracting or construction management.
• A strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and business growth.
• Experience in overseeing multiple departments and executive-level staff.
• Strong project management, estimating, and workforce management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in business management software, including financial analysis tools.
