What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Office Administrator position at Precision Environmental?
Precision Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Administrator that can fit in with our team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, people-oriented with great communication skills, develops a connection with customers and employees.
Must have a current driver license a desire to learn, grow, have good problem-solving skills an willing to work overtime. Environmental Remediation, Pest Control or Construction background is a plus but not necessary, we will train the right person.
Job Duties:
- Assist the Office Manager, COO and CEO.
- Support our clients with their questions and scheduling.
- Follow up with Clients and company Supervisors. (Emails, Paperwork, Phone Calls)
- Payroll Clerk/Assistant
- AR and Collection experience is a plus
- Customer Satisfaction Representative.
- Scan and Copy projects.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Professional traits we are looking for:
- Intuitive listening skills, Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Time management/ Capable of multitasking.
- Well organized, Computer and internet savvy.
- Excellent customer service.
- one to two years of administrative experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
