Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete work.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
- Help with site preparation including digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and clearing debris.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a strong work ethic.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
