We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Technician to play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Conduct routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
Evaluate test data, recommend adjustments, and ensure products meet approved specifications.
Record and maintain accurate test results, logs, and reports.
Utilize various testing equipment such as scales, calipers, titrators, and spectrometers.
Enter data into the computer, prepare statistical reports, and analyze trends.
Maintain equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Retain test samples in compliance with company policies.
Train new employees on test procedures, equipment usage, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively on quality issues.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment in adherence to Sika standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality control, testing laboratory, or a related field.
Must have mathematical aptitude.
Must be accurate and precise in operating testing equipment and reporting results.
Must have working knowledge of computer applications including spreadsheets, graphs and charts.
Must have effective interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to maintain an excellent attendance record.
Must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as necessary.
Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
