Project Manager

Position Summary :

The Project Manager, Business Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of key projects and the Business Operations department in :

• Ensuring organization, quality, efficiency, and delivery of work
• Implementation of enhancements and standardization of workflow processes
• Coordination of project workflow and management with cross-matrix teams

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to :

Support department leadership and represent the Business Operations department in cross-matrix project teams :

Supports Business Operations leadership to analyze, formulate, assess, deploy, evaluate, and refine approaches to core capabilities and solutions to deliver continuous value to our clients :

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
