In this role the Marketing Manager will be constantly eliciting feedback from the marketing and sales department to improve the company's sales efforts and goals. This role will also support content strategy and creation across various mediums, such as print, videos, websites, social media and in-person events. This role involves understanding the brand's voice, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging while maintaining consistency with the local target audience. This position is responsible for deployment and daily management of marketing and sales projects across all locations.
Essential Job Functions
- Work directly with Field Managers, Sales and Door Designers, owners, both single store and multi-store owners to assist with local level marketing initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for local level marketing and events.
- Build and execute local media plans for multiple brands and regions across the company.
- Hold one-on-one communications with Local Field Managers and Sales team across multiple brands and develop relationships across departments to gain support and trust.
- Work with leadership on innovative new ideas and strategies to improve local level brand awareness, and increased sales.
- Work closely across departments to ensure all parties have appropriate information on marketing promotions, new doors sales, events and other plans.
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s marketing, sales and promotional strategy.
- Plan meetings, events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Contribute to the Marketing’s special projects as requested and other duties as assigned.
- Copy-editing and proofreading of all marketing materials and communication.
- Experience in utilizing social media to create brand awareness, engage clients, and facilitate public relations and awareness.
- Monitor online accounts, update store hours and simple data on (Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
Education, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
- Preferred 1-3 years of relevant marketing work experience.
- Strong ability and desire for interacting with external and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital/social media marketing, content and event management.
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to work independently and within a high-growth, fast paced culture.
- Articulate with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate well with people across multiple departments.
- Ability to communicate, lead and present to senior level managers, and executive leadership.
- Full understanding of branding, marketing and sales best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization and time management skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
