You’ll work alongside experienced Garage Door Technicians to assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of garage doors and openers, while developing your own skills and preparing to take on more responsibilities in the future.

Your Responsibilities as a Junior Technician
As a Junior Garage Door Technician, you will support our lead technicians by:
- Assisting with garage door and opener repairs, replacements, and installations
- Loading/unloading tools and materials at job sites
- Keeping the job area clean and organized
- Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot common garage door problems
- Helping to educate customers about the work being done, as needed
- Performing safety checks and inspections
- Following technician instructions and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Some mechanical aptitude (experience in construction, trades, manufacturing, or auto repair is a plus)
- Comfort using hand tools and small power tools
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude when working with customers
