Multifamily Tenant Improvement Construction Superintendent
PRECISION GCC is a best-in-class multifamily construction management company with 33 years' experience of excellence in our niche. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent who is local to the South Central Los Angeles region with previous experience managing the construction process for an occupied tenant improvement rehab. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all the site construction activities and City Inspections for the rehab of the interior and exterior scope of work. PRECISION GCC has a growth trajectory in the Los Angeles region and anticipates many more projects of similar scope over the next decade.
Multifamily Superintendent Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on multi-story occupied multifamily / commercial superintendent experience .
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents (architectural, structural, mechanical, specifications, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage the tenants' relationships.
- Working knowledge with MS Project and electronic scheduling required
- Previous experience working on wood-framed multifamily construction projects.
